Download assets from the Mux Dashboard and more

We have shipped several improvements to the Mux Dashboard.

• You can now download mezzanine files and static renditions right from the asset page.
• Live streams can be given titles so you no longer have to rely exclusively on IDs.
• You can add and remove public, signed, and DRM playback IDs directly from the dashboard.
