Mux Video self-service pricing has been improved

Mux Video's pricing has been improved:

Encoding down ~22% for plus and premium quality levels (VOD and Live)
Storage down ~23% for basic assets, with basic and plus storage pricing now aligned
Delivery down ~17% on average across all resolutions
Free delivery minutes now work across all resolutions and qualities (not capped at 1080p)
Cold storage now enabled by default, and works for assets with static renditions (MP4s)
Static renditions are now an optional paid add-on at all video quality levels

All self-service customers automatically receive these benefits on their next invoice.
