Set Maximum Duration for a Single Live Stream event

We’ve added the max_continuous_duration parameter to Live Streams. You can now set the maximum duration for recording a single live stream event lower than 12 hours. Set the max_continuous_duration parameter during Live Stream creation or update an existing live stream. On hitting the duration, the behavior is the same as signaling the live stream has finished.
