Justin Sanford, Mux, Head of Customer Experience and Solutions
Justin has been simplifying the video engineering experience for developers for over a decade. In his current role, Justin leads the team responsible for ensuring the success of our customers through hands-on technical guidance, partner integrations, and open-source projects. Before joining Mux, Justin served as Principal Architect in the Office of the CTO at Brightcove and has held numerous technical program management roles at companies including Microsoft and Caradigm. Justin holds a BA in physics, math, and computer science from Dartmouth College. He lives in San Francisco but enjoys traveling anywhere he can.
Annie Liu, NS1, Director of Technical Product Management
Annie leads product development for NS1’s Managed DNS and Pulsar Traffic Steering solutions. Before joining NS1, Annie managed software, platform, cloud, and digital transformation projects at Kenzan, a cloud services company. Earlier in her career, she was a product manager for an educational technology company, where she was responsible for driving innovation in their mobile and web applications. Annie holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Bachelor's degree from Queens College.
Andy Robinson, Senior Solutions Architect – Elemental Media Services
Andy is a Specialized Solutions Architect for AWS Edge Services, supporting Media Services. Previously Andy has worked in live video distribution using IPTV, cable, satellite, OTT, and video on demand workflows, both on-premises and in the cloud. Prior to his video work, Andy worked in telecommunications networks. Andy holds a BEng(Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from The University of Birmingham, UK.
