Rebuffering

See also Buffering. While buffering can refer to both when a video player is loading video for the first time and when it has to pause playback to load more, rebuffering only refers to the latter.

While the term rebuffering is the action of a video player, we usually think of it in terms of the viewer experience (QoE), because it's the most common and frustrating video player issue after player failures.
